UTV Spotboy and Anurag Kashyap, who had earlier worked together on Dev.D and Udaan have joined hands once again, to produce Sameer Sharma's directorial debut Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana (LSTCK). LSTCK is a whole some family entertainer that celebrates the two Indian obsessions- food and family. The film's story is written by Sameer Sharma and Sumit Batheja. Sameer has earlier written the stories of Bhoot and Swades. LSTCK is the story of a Punjabi joint family with inherent humour, drama, confusion and emotion over the secret recipe for a famous chicken curry called 'Chicken Khurana', LSTCK stars Kunal Kapoor and Huma Qureshi (who has acted in Anurag's Gangs of Wasseypur) in the lead roles. The film's music is composed by Amit Trivedi, who has earlier worked with Anurag on Dev.D and Udaan. They have already begun shooting for LSTCK in Punjab last week and the film is slated for release in mid-2012.
