Chillar Party, the heart-warming children's film, produced by Salman Khan and UTV Spotboy won a lot of critical acclaim when it released earlier this year. The film, directed by Nitesh Tiwari and Vikas Bahl, has now won the Best Feature Film award in the 'Indian Competition' section at the 17th International Children's Film Festival. Besides Chillar Party, Marathi film Vihir too earned its director Umesh Kulkarni the award for Best Director at the same festival
